The traditional heat pipe heat exchanger or spiral fin heat exchanger is used in the original design of 4 sets of dry quenching coke water preheater. The inlet and outlet circulating gas temperature difference is small, the heat transfer effect is not good, leading to coke cooling effect is not good, the coke discharge temperature is high, affecting the further improvement of dry out rate. At the same time, too high coke temperature, accelerated the aging of the belt, greatly shortened the service life of the belt. With the joint research and development of shandong boyu, laigang developed a new type of feed water preheater for dry quenching coke, which is the auxiliary economizer for dry quenching coke, and successfully installed in # 3 dry quenching coke. The internal tube group of the sub-economizer adopts the serpentine tube structure, and the h-shaped fin structure is adopted to expand the heating surface. Meanwhile, the backwater heating and inlet water method is used to improve the inlet temperature of the sub-economizer to avoid corrosion problems.
