1.Prelude

With a better front rank in the same industry, Henan Xinlei coalification group has many kinds of coal chemical products in a long production chain and the high level management lay emphasis on science and technology, environment protection and energy-saving. It was put forward for energy saving modification of tube furnace at the beginning of this year. Shandong Boyu Machinery Limited Company attended this tube furnace energy-saving modification bid and got the project for two tube furnaces modification. Under the actively cooperation of Xinlei Coalification Group, completed the two tube furnace energy-saving modification through 20 days effort and gained better satisfaction.


2.Saving Gas

Henan Xinlei Coalification Group has a total 1,300,000ton production capacity with 2,000,000 Kcal and 2500,000 Kcal tube furnaces. The #1 & #2 tube furnace gas flow is 720m³/h and 900m³/h respectively prior to modification. Exhaust gas temperature is 290—300℃. #1 & #2 gas flow is reduced to 620m³/h and 680m³/h  and save gas 13.89% & 20% respectively after modification. Exhaust gas temperature is 156—160℃.


3.Process Route

For this time modification, the whole process is simple, easy to operate and observe. The tube furnace combustion condition becomes more clearly. The production and operation is normal and safe.


4.Short Time

For this time energy-saving modification process, it took total 34hours for blowing out and shutdown of the two tube furnace.


5. Efficiency

(1)100x24x330m³=792000m³
220x24x330m³=1742400m³
792000+1742400m³=2534400m³
Gas: #1 furnace annual saving 100x24x330m³=792000m³
#2 furnace annual saving 220x24x330m³=1742400m³
Total annual gas saving of two tube furnace: 792000+1742400m³=2534400m³
(2)Reducing Waste Gas Emission

4.5x2534400m³=11404800m³
