The Ring Cooler is a highly efficient, continuous cooling device designed for high-temperature materials such as indurated pellets or sintered ores. Widely used in metallurgical and mining industries, the ring cooler adopts a circular structure to achieve uniform cooling while allowing for efficient heat recovery, energy savings, and stable operation.
After high-temperature roasting, the material is evenly distributed into the rotating cooling pans. As the cooler rotates along its circular track, the material gradually moves along with the pans while coming into counterflow contact with cold air blown from the bottom. This facilitates efficient heat exchange and cooling. The resulting hot air can be collected and reused for drying or preheating processes, improving energy efficiency.

Cooling Pans: Made from wear-resistant, high-temperature alloys or steel; designed for long service life and high thermal efficiency.
Drive System: Motor with reducer and chain drive mechanism; optional variable frequency drive for speed control.
Air Blower System: Cold air is blown from below the material bed to achieve countercurrent cooling.
Feeding System: Designed to ensure uniform material distribution; options available for automated multi-point feeding.
Discharge System: Mechanical or hydraulic discharge mechanisms such as scraper arms or flip plates.
